Shocking Dangers Of Wi-Fi On Children

Wi-Fi is convenient and makes our lives easier. It connects our cell phones, laptops and tablets seamlessly to the Internet, devoid of messy wires, cables and plugs. Besides, you are not tethered to one spot and free to access the Internet while you are on the move. Children are no different from adults. They are constantly glued to their smartphones or tablets, either watching videos stream on their devices or playing addictive video games.

Increasingly, scientists and researchers have raised doubts concerning the safety of Wi-Fi usage and the effect of its exposure on children. They are constantly carrying out dozens of studies to explore the adverse effects of Wi-Fi. Several studies have uncovered varied risks associated with this wireless technology.

Concerns about Wi-Fi exposure and children center on the emission of non-ionizing radiation, similar to cell phones and microwaves, and the potential impact on developing bodies and brains. Some studies hint at links between prolonged exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and changes in brain activity, sleep patterns, and cognitive functions, though these studies often lack conclusive evidence. Anecdotal reports of headaches, fatigue, and other symptoms in children have not been consistently supported by scientific research. Major health organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), have reviewed current studies and found no conclusive evidence of significant health risks from Wi-Fi exposure. Regulatory bodies set safety standards for EMF exposure, and Wi-Fi devices typically operate within these limits, indicating they are considered safe. However, ongoing research continues to monitor and evaluate new data, making it essential to stay informed on the latest findings.

Although, no studies have been able to determine conclusively that Wi-Fi is responsible for the mentioned health hazards, yet, studies do indicate that constant exposure to radiation can be detrimental to physical health and brain development.

Hence, unless we are completely certain that there are no negative effects, it is best to acknowledge that Wi-Fi radiations may be harmful to our kids and us. This warrants a safer approach and a more responsible way of using Wi-Fi devices. While current evidence does not strongly support significant health risks from Wi-Fi exposure in children, it is reasonable for parents to take simple precautionary measures to limit exposure. Continuing to follow research developments and adhering to established safety guidelines can help in making informed decisions.

How to protect kids from radiation

Separating kids from Wi-Fi would be difficult. However, there are many little things that can help such as:

  • Keep the cell phone in aeroplane mode at night
  • Keep the router in a room or corner that is far away from the kids play area
  • Switch off the router at night
  • Keep the laptop on a desk rather than on the lap

You are a fear monger. What is the data on this? How much electromagnetic waves are you talking about? EMF like xrays? Kitchen microwaves? Or Ultrasound? Wifi is emitting far far less eletromagnetic waves as compared to above. I dare you do a scientific research on this and post it again for science. If not do not just copy others work and spread fear.

You seriously think Ultrasound is EM radiation?  🤣  That’s too funny.  Someone skipped physical science class in sixth grade.  Do your own research first, THEN come back and complain.

Never knew such facts about wifi....Sometimes we are full time in its surrounding even while asleep. Need to be more aware and careful .Everything is a boon as well a bane these days.
