DAY 6 | CHALLENGE 6
Make your meal more colourful today! Try to include at least 3 different colours on your plate by adding a variety of fruits and vegetables.
The more variety of colours you add, the more exciting your plate becomes! Add green spinach or beans, orange carrots or pumpkin, and red tomatoes or beetroot. You can also include yellow corn, purple cabbage, or colourful fruits.
For a balanced meal, add a source of protein along with your colourful fruits and vegetables, such as eggs, dal, beans, paneer, curd, fish, chicken, tofu, nuts, or seeds.
