My family enjoys a gadget free time, by spending some time of the day, daily by offering prayers to our deities. Though its not the game, but children finds it interesting to decorate our temple, to recall the various names of our diety Lord Krishna, quiz about the past times of Krishna and listen about the Bhagwad Geeta. We all sing hymns and shlokas in the praise of Lord Krishna. This gives us a mental peace and a beautiful family time together daily. Irrespective of our busy schedule, we all make sure to come together daily for 20 minutes in the evening to offer the prayers together. This make me feel satisfied that I am able to inculcate the sense of respect, pride and knowledge about our Hindu culture in the tender minds of my children L.
