Thinking about downloading Xnspy for my secretive teen

I get the fear. My daughter was exactly the same with the screen flipping and my mind went to every worst-case scenario. So we started a new rule: all phones charge in the living room at bedtime, no exceptions. It helped a ton. 

Also, I started having late-night casual talks with her and she eventually spilled about some dumb friend drama. Sometimes they just need the tiniest opening.

Yeah I tried Xnspy actually when my son started being secretive and honestly it gave me such relief to see what was going on. Nothing major showed up but just knowing made me feel less crazy lol. 

I’d say it's worth it if you're losing sleep. Just don't get addicted to checking it every ten minutes like I did at first.
