My Mom - My Inspiration
My 72 year old mom, despite her medical issues and struggles in personal life, is forever smiling, joyful and keeps spreading love and happiness around her. 5 years ago she underwent a painful lumpectomy surgery for one breast which thankfully was non-malignant. However last year the lump re-appeared, lot of tests happened and revealed cancer. Mastectomy surgery of both breasts, then torture of chemotherapy and radiation sessions. Throughout the year long treatment , she endured pain with her usual bubliness and laughter. she has been managing all household chores by herself - cleaning, washing, cooking hot chapatis and festive sweets too, because she loves to keep herself busy. She continues to be an inspiration to many who lose hope even with tiny obstacles in life.
The chemoport installed in her body too is in awwe of her grit and determination. May God cure her and bless her with a long and happy life, so she can keep inspiring all around her to bravely face obstacles and challenges of life .

My sister Pritika Anand is my backbone.
I would just like to say that you have been there for me through thick and through thin. I can call you at such random moments, and you are there to answer the phone in one second. You are always willing to give an immense amount of great advice, listen to me go on and on about life, and just take it all in. You're always there when I need to talk to someone about my boy life, how they are treating me and even how simply my sister are acting towards me. Not only is the advice you give me solid and good, it is also extremely honest. Even when I need to hear the bad in order to do the right thing, you are the first person to tell me exactly what I either do or don't need to do. So, basically if there is someone that I ever need to vent to, I know to go to you and that you'll just be there, being you, which is more than I could ever ask for.
Thank you as well for all the laughs. The endless amount of laughter that results out of the conversations we have is so hilarious and great. We have so many endless inside jokes together that we laugh about in public and people probably look at us like we are in space and out of our minds. We don't care, though, the jokes are funny, the laughing is healthy and the memories that come out of it are there to last a lifetime.
Thank you for being honest with me. For always being honest with me in all types of situations. For the confrontation when something is bothering you, and letting me know that it's bothering you so I am able to change the way things are going to make everything all happy and better again. Thank you for letting me know when something imperative is running through your mind, and informing me on everything. I'm definitely never lost without you and I am so very grateful for that.
Overall, the term best sister has been implemented into my life for the better. I am finally able to call you my sister, and that holds such a special place in my heart and in my soul. Love you forever to the moon and back!

My mom @sugunablr is my role model. She inspires and motivates me to grow without any barriers. It seems to me that this woman looks at life as a challenge and wholeheartedly intends to seize the day every day.
My mother looked after me and supported me in every part of my life. Right from childhood she has been with me like my shadow. It had been riddled with hurdles and difficulties, but she has managed to cross them all to because of the amazing and independent person she is.She not only helped me whenever I needed but she also taught me to help myself. She taught me to keep myself clean and neat, how to eat and how to know how much to eat. She says, "a child does not learn from what parents say but from what parents do". Whenever I look at my mother I see an ordinary person but when I think about what she does and how she does it she becomes divine and the reason of my smile!
The experience of my life so far has truly brought things into perspective. My mother has taught me that hard times can be overcome and that losing battles can be won. She has taught me more than I could have learnt from any book. She sets an inspirational example to me teaching me how to live life and make wise choices, even in the most uncertain situations.
I respect her a lot. She is my inspiration, my role model.

My mom… !!
My mom is the best inspiration I ever had. She never looses the spirit of being high. I get low at times but its her high spirit and motivation that puts me up again. I never saw my mom giving up, may be she doesn't even know how to give up! She being the eldest in her family guided her two sisters and brother in a right path. She was the first women to graduate and post graduate from her village. She did her masters in psychology and she is a counsellor now. She moved, motivated and helped many lives and families through her job. I always fancied the way people came to her with sorrows and left with a lighter heart. She taught me that life should'nt just move around you or your family and we are here to help people in need.
My father's job consisted of many transfers due to which we had to move from place to place very frequently this effected my mother's job but she never complained, she always found a job where ever we went, she approximately worked in 10 locations and in different organizations. Working 24*7 and for 365 days as a mother for 2 daughters, as a counsellor, as a home maker she is never free or idle. No matter what the situation is she never pampered me or my sister, she always taught us to be strong and tough.
My mother is an inspiration for me in staying fit, even now at the age of 50 she swims daily for an hour, also she is a national level gold medalist in swimming! She rarely visits a hospital, she is charming and beautiful.
Love you ma…❤️

The person who has altered my thoughts, changed me into a positive thinker, taught me to be confident, who impacts my life and can brighten, making me smile even on a hopeless day is Mrs . Nina Ghadge, an ordinary women from my society. She has not only been an inspiration in my life but impacted the lives of many she has touched. People hold her close and dear and cherish just at the thought of knowing her. She taught me 'A single individual with their selfless act or kind words can bring hope, joy and peace transforming and sparkling another person life" She inspires me through the way she lives. Having dedicated her life to helping the less fortunate than her, she always helps the sick, takes care of the underprivileged needs, tend to the aged folks, places maids at jobs etc. She collects clothes from the privilege and distributes it to those who need it especially pregnant mother's n New born infants. She would stay in a hospital and tend to the sick. If she knows you are in need of food, clothing, basic needs etc she will go out of her way to help and provide in her capacity. She would voluntarily help out where she can. She gives selflessly without expecting any praises, thank you or anything in return. She helps destitute/distress women to find jobs that would suit them and helps them to stand strong and independent so that they can tend to family. She helps families looking out for sincere house help(like maids, baby sitters etc) by introducing them to women that are in need and willing to work thereby helping not only the less fortunate but the family itself. Recently at an age nearing 60 she has opened and runs a cafe/dabba where subsidies meals are provided to the average and unprivileged get a tummy full free bite. An ordinary woman who brings hope to many and sparkles their lives with tons of joy Thanks to her teaching I give selflessly, help the compassionate more and this has attributed to my success as an individual.

Mirchi Mohor is someone who really inspires me. She has the kind of voice that lingers long after the radio is off. Her passion and hard work remind me that success comes from not only talent but also believing in myself and sticking to my dreams, no matter the challenges. For Mohor, radio isn’t just a job—it is a lifeline. Each call from a listener, each song request, is a reminder that she isn’t alone. She has become more than a voice on the airwaves; she is a friend, a confidante, the heartbeat of the city, spreading warmth with every word.

I feel truly blessed to have a woman like my sister, whose kindness and dedication inspire me every day. The incredible work she does for old age homes has not only changed the lives of the elderly but has also had a deep impact on me. Watching her selflessly care for them, offering not just physical support but also emotional warmth, has taught me the true meaning of compassion. She takes the time to listen to their stories, hold their hands when they need comfort, and make them feel valued and loved. Her presence brings them joy, and that, in itself, is something truly special. Seeing her commitment has made me reflect on the importance of giving back to the community. She has shown me that small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's life. Her patience, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile for those in need have motivated me to be more thoughtful and caring in my own life. Whether it’s helping someone in need or simply offering a listening ear, I’ve learned from her that sometimes, the simplest gestures can bring the most happiness. Her passion for helping others has shaped the way I see the world. She has taught me that true happiness comes not from what we take but from what we give. Because of her, I strive to be a better person every day, to show kindness where it’s needed, and to appreciate the moments of connection we share with others. I am grateful to have her as my sister, my inspiration, and my role model. The way she touches lives is remarkable, and I know she will continue to spread love and kindness wherever she goes.

My 80-year-young grandmother is a true inspiration! She was a woman ahead of her time, breaking barriers in our Bihar village when education for women was unheard of. She became the first female to pass 10th grade.
Her quest for knowledge and determination opened the doors for innumerable girls to chase their dreams. Her legacy continues through every woman who has the courage to break boundaries and reach for the stars.

Maa (MIL), you taught me the perfect recipe for family—one bound by love, care, and unwavering support. The quality I deeply wish to imbibe from you is your resilience—your ability to face life’s toughest challenges with grace. You guided me through my postpartum struggles, instilling confidence and joy in my motherhood journey.
This Women’s Day, I celebrate you—not just as my mother-in-law but as my mentor, friend, and guiding light. Your wisdom, strength, and unconditional love uplift me every day. Life doesn’t come with a manual, but having you is a blessing. Celebrating you, celebrating womanhood!

This Woman's Day I want to celebrate the woman who has been a blessing to me throughout my life. She is my elder sister,my Didibhai who is even though just five years older than me is as good as my mother. She has taught me the value of love, life and loyalty in relationship. She has never hesitated in life to choose right over ease no matter how heavy the toll it takes on her.Being a single mother of an autistic boy,she has the stamina to rise above all odds and raise her child as a happy one. She is a capable teacher to her students also, the rural students adore her. The world remains a loving place to live in as long as persons like my sisters are in it.

The most influential person in my life has ensured that as I shoot for the moon, I don’t get caught up staring at the stars. Her presence meant that I always had someone to look up to, a shoulder to cry on, and someone who I could ask for advice without any hesitation. This person means the world to me.
My mother has always been my greatest supporter so she is the Wonder Woman in my life. She taught me that hard work is like a vector quantity. It needs not only magnitude but also a proper direction. She is the first to recognize any of my talents and encourage me to hone them. Unlike many Indian parents who just want their children to accomplish academic success, my mother wants me to be unique. She supports me in everything I want to do as long as I have an appropriate reason. It is only when she feels that something isn’t in my best interests then she advises me on it. Even though, she leaves the final decision to me.

May your days be as bright as your smile and as warm as your embrace. Thank you for being my guiding light, I love you more than words can say. You are my greatest gift.

My mother is my inspiration. We are 4 sisters and 1 brother. She ensured we all get good education and get well settled in life. She sacrificed all her needs and wants and desires and dedicated her entire life to her children. She made sure we all get what we need, never bothered about herself. It was not easy, 5 children , their school fee , tuition fee , college fee , food clothes toys. It would have surely overwhelmed her , am sure being a mom of 2. But she never gave up on us. Now we all are doing well in our lives, we pamper her with shopping, salon visits , trips . We are trying our best to make her happy. She truly deserves to be happy and we try to fulfil all her wishes and desires.

A woman’s career aspirations die after having children, and with no support from family and friends, her mental health takes a toll. Well, Vanitha has gone through similar situations. As the increase in responsibility spurs a shift in values, she was one of the many people itching for a job that provides flexibility to enhance work-life balance and leave more time to spend with children, family, or hobbies.
From working in the IT field to teaching to administrator to author to entrepreneur to content writing, she has laid her hands in all diverse fields. With one intention and aim to balance work, children and home she explored many possibilities in her career span. Currently, she chooses to work as a freelancer in Content Writing, taking on project-based work that can be completed in her own time. This work seemed to balance the dynamic between family and work.
Vanitha has three children in two pregnancies. Her second pregnancy was surprisingly twins. her elder son is now 16, and the twins boy and girl are 10.
Over the years, she has learnt to push to prioritize her health. When she was first starting, Vanitha’s focus was to lose weight, slowly she built her overall strength and endurance. She does a mix of cardio and strength training, focusing on different muscle groups each day. . In the gym, she does a variety of upper-body, leg, glute, and hamstring workouts. She prefers to ride her bicycle to reminisce about her childhood memories and its impact on her mental well-being and recently started swimming for being apar with her children.
Reaching her personal and professional goals comes down to dedication and hard work.

My greatest inspiration is my aunt, Meera. At the tender age of six she was diagnosed with polio. Meera never let her disability define her.
Despite the hardships she faced, she remains cheerful, kind, and generous, always ready to help others. She overcame countless obstacles and eventually retired as a gazetted officer—a testament to her strength and perseverance.
People like Meera are rare. Her resilience and unconditional support have guided me through my own struggles. I am proud to be her niece, and many even say we look alike—a comparison that fills me with pride.

Caption: Reason Of My Existence.
Who is like you my mother-in-law @airansantosh . No one. Mom You're the most dependable, prayerful, calm, wise woman I ever seen.
You inspire me to be strong, adventurous, strong, intelligent , brave, peaceful, prayerful woman I'm today. If I have to choose you in my next world, you'll forever be my mother. There's so much I want to say but honestly I don't know where to begin. I would have to say you did an excellent job with raising all of us.
You deserve to be celebrated everyday. You're the reason I love baking so much today and have made baking my full time hobby😄. When I was a child we baked together so much and my amazing childhood memories with you are in the kitchen with baking for hours.
You've given me the gift of being creative, strength and belief in myself. You gave me wings to fly when I was young and pushed me out of the nest, the love you had when we hit the ground was the most unconditional love 💕😘.
You're the one who always supports me, cheer me and bring me in for a hug when all else fails. I can't think of a single time in my life when you haven't completely stood behind me.
There are many times where you don't like the decision I've made but you support me in the end. When I regretted my decisions and called you crying over petty problems. You always listen to me and offer your best advice. When I pretend to be embarrassed over how much you love to brag about me to others, about my smallest achievement ,I know you show how much you care and are proud of me.
There are wonderful memories with you forever etched in my heart and locked in a precious box in my mind. I thank you from the bottom of my heart to the tips of my toes. Mom, you're my cheerleader, my biggest fan, my heart and my soul.
My Dear Mom, look how far you've come and how far you've to go.
How much experience and wisdom to others you can show.
As we raise the toast to your life, I stand up and take a bow.
Thank you for
everything!

My sis Poonam sets up the bench mark for the kind of Woman I wish to be. I appreciate the work she does for animal welfare. Her dedication and passion for helping animals in need is truly inspiring. She puts her heart and soul into every effort. Whether it's rescuing animals from difficult situations, providing them with food, shelter, and medical care, or standing up for animal rights, she is doing such valuable work that makes a real difference in the world. She started feeding the animals a decade ago and has never missed feeding the strays a single day. These hundreds of animals are dependent upon her for that one meal of the day. Her dedication towards this noble cause has come with a cost. She has faced extreme backlash from the society, she is looked down upon and has often been disrespected. Things are more difficult for women like her because there are several stereotypes attached to a single woman roaming in the streets. She feeds the animals early in the morning and at night because there are less people on the streets to judge her and harass her. Her work has not only helped countless animals, but it has also influenced me in so many positive ways. Her commitment and compassion has inspired me to be more aware of animal welfare issues. Seeing her tireless efforts has taught me the importance of giving back to the community and being a force for positive change. I know that her work for animal welfare can be challenging at times, both physically and emotionally, but I want her to know that she is making a difference in the world, and her work is deeply appreciated. I am proud to call her my sister, and I feel fortunate to have her as a role model in my life.

Most inspired women my mom.. Hardworking.. honest.. love n caring.. she raised us with lots of hardwork n efforts.. she made me n my sis eligible to live on our own. She dedicated her whole life after our upbringing and career.. Always forward.. no drama.. no rules and all.. always supportive and we enjoy shopping.. music.. chats together.. we love makeup. She is awesome and fabulous.. she knows our mood by our face.. dn knw hw..and she cooks same that we wish to eat but we think mom has to work more on that and its ready on table I would love to win this 😍 because being a mother of 2 girls me n my sis.. she has always bring best things for us and raised us with high dreams also.. raising us and running family is how tough that i come to know when i got married and i have son now.. soo.. now i want her to enjoy her life with grandchildren.. all themoment she missed.. all the pampering she missed.. parlour.. shopping.. food she loves. i am happy that i can did this much for her.. which is not compared but, i m happy now as when she has start wearing capris and skirt.. After all this she is always Happy and cheerful, she never cribs or upset. She always puts smile on our face. Our kids love being around her. Stories jokes make them laugh, joy. She is true angel 😇

I am my own inspiration.
⠀
The journey hasn't been easy, personally or professionally, but I kept moving.
⠀
Personally? Yes, I am single! Not because I never married, but because I'm divorced. When the man who should have stood beside me didn't, I stood up. I took charge, not just of my life but of my whole family.
⠀
Professionally? I don't hold a university degree, but I hold something greater than years of entrepreneurial experience across education, finance, hospitality.
This Women's Day, I celebrate myself. Because before being a daughter, sister, wife, or mother, I am a woman.

A Woman of Strength and Grace"
"My grandmother, an uneducated woman from a small village, taught me life’s greatest lessons. Despite hardships, she ran a small business, ensuring her children were educated. Her wisdom, resilience, and unconditional love shaped me into who I am today. When I faced failure, she reminded me that success is built on perseverance. She showed me that true strength lies not in physical power but in kindness and determination. Her courage continues to inspire me every day. I honor her legacy by striving to be as fearless and compassionate as she was.
