Vanilla cake with caramel saucing,decorated with butter cream and cherry..?? Recipe for the cake You will need * 4 eggs * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1 cup all purpose flour * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp salt * 1/2 cup melted butter * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions * Take a cake pan and grease well with butter. Dust the pan with all purpose flour.Dust off the excess flour. * In a bowl, add 4 eggs and whisk the eggs well.Into it, add powdered sugar and mix well. * Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.Add melted butter into it and Add vanilla extract and mix the whole batter without any lumps. * Pour the cake batter into the cake pan. * Take a pressure cooker , into it add sand all over the base.Place the cake pan carefully over the sand.Cover the lid of the pressure cooker. * Do not put on the whistle(very important). * Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. CHRISTMAS BALL of Walnut Butter Coco Cake INGREDIENTS (110 g) all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder (125 g) salted butter, room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For Brown cake Add 2Tsp Cocopowder. (80 g) fine sugar 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons milk (60 g) walnut, processed in a food processor until fine (30 g) whole walnut, for topping INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C. Grease two (2) mini loaf pans with butter. Sift the flour and baking powder, set aside. Cream butter, vanilla extract (for vanila cake) and Coco powder(for Chocolate Cake) and sugar till fluffy and pale (take about 4 mins using electric hand mixer at speed 2). Add in the eggs one at a time, cream well until well combined before adding another one. Fold the flour, ground walnut and milk, and mix to combine well. Transfer the batter into the greased pan, shake gently to level off the batter. Sprinkle the whole walnuts on top. 5.Bake for 30-35 mins or until a cake tester inserted into the walnut butter cake and walnut chocolate cake comes out clean. Walnut Butter Coco Cake
INGREDIENTS
(110 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Cranberry Charlotte Russe Cake: (Eggless) Ingredients: For Ladyfinger cookies: 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup butter at room temperature 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon Baking powder For filling: 1 cup frozen Cranberries 1 cup Whipped cream 1/2 cup Cream Cheese or Hung curd 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon zest 1 tablespoon Carrageenan (or Gelatin powder) Method: In a bowl mix together flour, butter, vanilla extract, sugar & baking powder. Mix the ingredients by adding milk as required to a slightly thicker than cake batter consistency, being careful not to over mix. Now fill the dough into piping bag with a 1/2 inch round tip. Recipe: Ingredients: Nuts (walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts), coarsely chopped cup Dates, coarsely chopped cup Cherries, halved 1 cup Dried pineapple cup Raisins cu Wheat flour cup Nestle Milk maid - 1/2 cup Sugar cup Baking powder tsp Salt tsp Eggs - 3 Vanilla extract 1 tsp Lemon zest, grated 1/2 tbsp For lemon glaze Castor sugar 1 cup Lemon juice 2 tbsp Lemon zest 1 tsp Method Step 1 Chop all the nuts, raisins, cherries and keep it aside. Step 2: Take a large bowl and add all the nuts, dates, dried pineapple and cherries. Step 3: Add the wheat flour, sugar,,baking powder and salt and combine properly. Step 4: Add all the chopped nuts to the mixture and stir appropriately until the nuts and fruit are well coated. Step 5: In a small bowl, beat the eggs until the foam is formed and then add vanilla extract. Step 6: Add the egg batter to the nut mixture and mix well. Lastly add Nestle Milkmaid and fold it gently in the cake mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased and parchment paper-lined pan. Step 7: Keep the tray in a microwave oven and bake at 300C for 1 hour and 20 mins until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean and non-sticky. Apricot Jam Filled Coconut Cookies Ingredients : For Apricot jam, 1/2 cup chopped dried apricot 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup water 2 pinches nutmeg powder 2 pinches green cardamom powder 2 pinches salt 1/4 tsp red chilli powder For Cookies, 1 cup whole wheat atta 1/4 cup fine semolina 2 tbsp milk powder 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/8 cup + 3 tbsp warm water 1/3 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp salted butter 1/2 cup + 4 tbsp powdered sugar (may increase or decrease the amount according to your preference) 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder Process : For the jam heat the chopped apricots, sugar, salt, water & chilli powder together in a pan & cook on medium flame until the apricots are absolutely mushy. If you feel the jam is getting too thick during the cooking process add little more water & cook again. When apricots are mushy add the nutmeg powder & cardamom powder, mix well & turn off the flame. The jam is ready. For the cookie dough firstly take the semolina in a bowl & add the milk powder, 3 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp water into it. Mix everything well & let it rest for 15 minutes. Now take the atta in a large mixing bowl & add the semolina mixture into it. Add the baking powder, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, nutmeg powder & remaining butter and mix everything very well. Now add the remaining water & knead the mixture until it forms a soft dough. Wrap the cookie dough with a piece of parchment paper & keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Now line a baking tray with a piece of parchment paper. After you take the cookie dough out of the refrigerator make few lemon sized balls with the dough & make a deep cavity inside each ball. Fill the cavity with a good amount of apricot jam & seal the edges. Now take the stuffed ball into your palm & gently press it to give it a disc like shape. You can leave it as it is or give it an attractive shape of your choice. Repeat the same for all the stuffed balls & place them onto the baking tray. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180C for about 18 minutes. Once the cookies are baked, place them onto a cooling rack & let them cool completely. Now the cookes are absolutely ready to be enjoyed with a cup of your favourite hot beverage.

150ml brandy, Sherry, whisky or rum, plus extra for feeding
250g pack butter, softened
200g light soft brown sugar
175g plain flour
100g ground almond
tsp baking powder
2 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
tsp ground cloves
100g flaked almonds
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extractMethod
STEP 1
Put 1kg mixed dried fruit, the zest and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon, 150ml brandy or other alcohol, 250g softened butter and 200g light, soft brown sugar in a large pan set over a medium heat.
STEP 2
Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 5 mins. Tip the fruit mixture into a large bowl and leave to cool for 30 mins.
STEP 3
Heat oven to 150C/130C fan/gas 2. Line a deep 20cm cake tin with a double layer of baking parchment, then wrap a double layer of newspaper around the outside tie with string to secure.
STEP 4
Add 175g plain flour, 100g ground almonds, tsp baking powder, 2 tsp mixed spice, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, tsp ground cloves, 100g flaked almonds, 4 large eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the fruit mixture and stir well, making sure there are no pockets of flour.STEP 5
Tip into your prepared tin, level the top with a spatula and bake in the centre of the oven for 2 hrs.
STEP 6
Remove the cake from the oven, poke holes in it with a skewer and spoon over 2 tbsp of your chosen alcohol. Leave the cake to cool completely in the tin.
STEP 7
To store, peel off the baking parchment, then wrap well in cling film. Feed the cake with 1-2 tbsp alcohol every fortnight, until you ice it.
STEP 8
Dont feed the cake for the final week to give the surface a chance to dry before icing.

As they loves colorful chocolate. Corona Virus around the world for safety purpose I decided to make Chocolate Muffins at home which is healthy, nutritious and colourful which attract kids. ? As this is a home made recipe so there is not fear of contaminated food and quickly make at home. The seven wonderful colours attract kids they could not stop for long a time without eating once they saw this dish. This Chocolate Muffins dish gives colourful joy like rainbow and brought milliners smile on kids face. Chocolate Muffins Ingredient:- fine flour- 50 gm, sugar powder - 50 gm, butter 30gm, egg 1, fruit cherry 1 table spoon, baking powder tea spoon, Salt tea spoon, vanilla essence 2-3 drop, paper cup -6, muffin tray- 1, For decoration Melted Chocolate 1 table spoon, water as per required, colourful fruit star, Gems, sliver ball. Sieve the fine flour & baking powder. 4. After that slowly-slowly mix the fine flour with butter. 5. Then add fruit cherry mix it well. 6. Set the paper cup into muffin tray (lightly grease the muffin with butter) then add half cup above mixture into the cup. 7. Set the preheated oven 180 degree Cg and bake 15-20 minute. 8. After cooling the fruit muffins decorate the muffins with the melted chocolate and decorate muffins with fruit cherry, colourful Gems, colourful stars & sliver ball. We baked this healthy jim jam cookies so that can gift our friends this Christmas as afterall Christmas is all about sharing and giving.. Jim Jam cookies Ingredients 1. Whole-wheat flour half cup 2. Butter 1/4 cup 3. Cane sugar 2tbsp+ 2tsp 4. Jowar flour 1/4 cup 5. Jam as required Method 1. Cream butter and cane sugar 2. Add sieved flours 3. Bring the dough together 4. Freeze the dough for half hour 5. Preheat the oven 6. Cut the dough into desired shape 7. Bake at 160 for 12 mins 8. Let it cool completely 9. Spread jam 10. Put over another cookie 11. Serve with love

7. Bake at 160 for 12 mins
8. Let it cool completely
9. Spread jam
10. Put over another cookie
11. Serve with love
