Sitting cross legged
No insult of food is allowed
No distractions

And the list goes on.

Day 5 MUTE Work email notifications after office hours, and messages from social media and other apps. 8.11.22
Personally, I work on notifications in the morning probably between 8.30 to 9.30.
I'm very much particular about what apps I download ,..

Day 4 Delete Unnecessary apps from your phone. 7.11.22
After reading this challenge for inspiration, I delved into my phone.I had a bunch of apps on my phone that I randomly downloaded over the years for one reason or another. I spotted the unused apps and said 👋 👋 .
I found few apps were impossible to uninstall.
Trust me usually I have notifications for text messages, email and for WhatsApp.Thinking to disable the notifications for whatsapp.
I truly agree with this Less apps, less notifications, less distractions. 👏 My phone looks pretty now.
Thank you.
