In this electronic age we cannot work to our optimum best from morning to bedtime without a smartphone, music player, flat-screen television, cooling, cooking, and cleaning devices.
Why GADGET FREE HOUR?
Research reveals that those who spend four or more hours per day on their devices are 71 percent more likely to have one risk factor for suicide. Gadgets are no longer a boon unless handled properly.
