Young Mom Needs Help With Nutrition Plan For Kids

Hi everyone. 

My sister just gave birth to her baby boy and she is finding it really hard to feed him everything. He seems to vomit everything that he is fed. Please suggest me some options where I can get nutrition/meal plans for her kid.

Hi Meghashree, you mean a meal plan for a newly born baby? I think till 6 months, doctors even advise not to give water because breast feed has every nutrient sufficient for baby's growth
