Sorry kalaivani for late post.

Ingredients

Sorghum flore, salt, oil, jeera, mustered seeds, haldi, coconut and coriander

Method

Boul 2 cups of water, add 1 cup of sorghum flore to biling water with little oil and salt. Mix it well. It becomes nice dough. Then make small sized valls. Boil these balls in idli cooker for 5 mins. Meanwhile prepare tadka by putting oil, musterd seeds, jeera and haldi. Put these steamed balls to tadka cook for 2 mins. Garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander.. If u want spicy u can add green chilli paste in the tadka.
