23 is a happy number.
Let’s see how.
23 = 2^2 + 3^2 = 4 + 9 = 13 (sum of the squares of its digits)
13 = 1^2 + 3^2 = 1 + 9 = 10 (sum of the squares of the digits)
10 = 1^2 + 0^2 = 1 (sum of the squares of the digits)

"A Happy Number,"is a number that, if we square its digits, and add them together, and then take the result and square its digits and add them together, and keep doing that over and over again, we come down to the number 1."
