Its always good to remind ourselves that simple things that we may ignore as insignificant in daily life are actually boons. Only when we are sick, we realise the value of health and only we lose something, we realise the value of that particular thing. So, as they say, practising gratitude in daily life is something we should remind ourselves all the time. For instance, while decorating the Christmas tree with my child this year, it suddenly occurred to me that when he was a baby he was more interested and excited about the ornaments as toys than decorating the tree neatly like now and making sure the lights were working. Hes definitely more helpful now but every age and every situation has its own charm and beauty. Just recently I noticed that children in my neighbourhood were excited about something and I couldnt stop myself from taking a pic (pic of them observing a big grasshopper with excitement) and sharing with their moms. They were totally engaged in that moment. It was fun to watch. There is so much we can learn from children -to find joy in the little things in our day to day life and try to be happy in the present moment.

Thank you for understanding all the times I havent said thank you. I appreciate you every moment of every day, evenor especiallywhen I dont tell you so. Thank you for the times youve said thank you to me. You may forget those two little words as soon as theyve left your mouth but they are what keep me going when it all gets a bit much.?? Your eyes meet mine over the tops of their heads. A shared smile

1. I explore my creative ideas with children, their happiness expands my heartfelt gratitude.
2. We have created a group, in that we share pictures, videos, share our ideas, celebrate Birthday by assembling at one place. This joy provides us tremendous peace.
3. We gather daily for an hour, we thank each other, we do activities related to let go, move on, patience, confidence, personality, kindness and so on. We enjoy by singing, dancing, acting, doing yoga, laughing loudly.
Hence, I am thankful to attempt this topic by expressing my joy, pleasure, gratitude in doing pratical activities with children on daily basis.

This photo was taken at the time of birthday party of my younger daughter. All are our immediate family members were present inspite of their busy schedule. This party was a family get together and all grandchildren of my mother in law was captured in one single photo . This type of family gettogethers brings millions of happiness.
