I have created a fusion look this Holi. I have selected a tunic and a stole and weaved it into a look that's absolutely ethnic inspired to make a striking statement. I have tried the turban look as it not only protects my hair from chemical-loaded colours and the sun, but also gives me a retro, boho chic look as well. I have carried this look with a stylish pair of jhumkas and matte lipstick which has completed my look and finished it off with classic shades that exudes my Holi Swag.

This will help protect trees for which are cut down for burning. Instead use waste materials by way of cow dung, scarp cases, and food waste for the purpose. So let's add this new zing to Holi this time. so this Holi lets play it safe and keep our environment clean. Nature has always loved us and now its time for us to love it back, play safe Holi and love nature.

My idea of Holi festival is to celebrate with organic color/ homemade color. I decor my home with flowers Avoid using plastic bags and balloons etc. Play dry Holi or flower Holi and save water. Do not harm animals while playing with colors. Avoid playing music on higher volumes. We can make organic colors at home and Holi to make the festival special.

Holi was a huge bash because it was not only Holi celebration v also celebrated the bachelor party for my cousin.. It was an destination bachelor party that we arranged in a private resort... We literally kidnapped the bride to the party... There were a lot of surprises waiting for her, we had balloons filled with water colours , water guns and lots and lots of colours powder... we divided into two teams and literally had a fun war going on... we had actual paints to play on... we were totally drenched and we couldnt even identify ourself at the end of the play... the funny thing was we used bright neon colours to play and it had some chemical reactions with her hair colouring she did a few days back for her wedding and we ruined her hair so much that she had to cut it before the wedding... that was the most enjoyed Holi I ever had...

#holifashioncontest Holi means hate out love in.spredimg happiness and forget all bitterness and mix with colour and hug each other and apply eco friendly home made colour spreading happiness touch of sweetness like gujiya;thandaiand bhaang .I woke up early and first prepare home made colour with beetroots juice. I made a dry colour mix with either rice flour ortalcum powder. And some yellow colour from turmeric and chandan Tikka. My selfie in splash of beetroot juice and haldi.

Holi is a time to reach out with the colors of joy. It is the time to love and forgive. It is the time expresses the happiness to being loved and to be loved through colors. It is my first Holi after my marriage. According to ritual a girl celebrate her first Holi in her father house. So I have to do this. After some time my brother and sister came in my laws house for Holi ritual. I was ready to go home. Suddenly I remembered I have dried some clothes on the roof. I went on the roof to take clothes. Then my brother-in-law came there without any noise. I didn't know about him when he came and stood my back. He had a bucket which was filled of water. As I turn, he threw water on me. Then he throw gulal on me. I have no colors. So I snatched colors from him and started to throw on him. At that moment my brother, sister, my hubby came on the roof. We all started to play Holi. It was a memorable Holi for me which gave me a lot of happiness in my life. It was so special.

I used to live in a small colony and on every festivals all the famiies of the colony used to come together and celebrate it like one big happy family.. When I was in 5th class, I had one of the most Embarrassing and Funny moments of Holi festival. After playing Holi I took bath and wore a nice dress to visit some relatives for blessing and all. In a mid way only, few local boys held me and threw into the dirty pond nearby . When I was in 5th class, I had one of the most Embarrassing and Funny moments of Holi festival.
After playing Holi I took bath and wore a nice dress to visit some relatives for blessing and all. In a mid way only, few local boys held me and threw into the dirty pond nearby . Holi is the festival of colors which brings your loved ones closer forgetting all the differences. And at the same time its fun time too where we do all masti and says Buran a mano Holi hi. This year my sister got married in January and she was with us for her first Holi as a ritual. We kept a small Holi Milan party and also invited Jiju. We decided to play an Eco friendly Holi with dry herbal gulal. He came with his 2 friends. But how could the Holi celebrations be completed without Jija saali shararat. So I mix red pepper powder in water and fill it in the injection. Then I inject it in Ghujiya. I took the plate of ghujiya and serve jiju and his friends. I instructed the waiter to remove the drinking water from there. I gave him a special mocktail made of lots of salt in it. The moment they had the Ghujiya there eyes and tongue were out. They asked for water and waiter came with that special mocktail . But when they drank it, it was like Sone pe suhaga. I was laughing out my heart. Then they realized my prank. And they put so many colors on me that I was not even recognized. But it was fun and memory forever to cherish

We then roam in the city to witness the celebration. The small kids throw the color & rejoicd the spirit of holi.. This is indeed fun. Holi is one of the most colourful and vibrant festivals of India. And while the bhang and gujiyas, the singing and dancing, the mischief and drenching in colours are great fun, really it is a special occasion for relative gatherings. Here is the picture of one of the best Holi Celebrations we had because we played Holj with Organic and natural Colors and had so much fun together with our friends and it was ths memorable Holi ever. I Celebrate my holi with my husband and children and we are skeptical about it because of the exposure to harmful chemicals in the form of holi colors which are toxic for the skin and hair as they may cause allergies and serious health hazards. So we decided we not play but be a spectator. But luckily, eco friendly natural & herbal colors which are plant based,made from the extracts of leaves.flowers,rose petals, fruits & vegetables mixed with rice flour, besan & turmeric were organised and used by my friends as it's very safe and so evryone was able to enjoy to the fullest.
