Video Contest for Children - What I would like to do for our Earth and Why | Earth Day 2023
As parents, let’s inspire our kids to be Earth Buddies who will love and take care of Earth, their Big Home.
What you have to do:
- Ask your child to think of one act of kindness they would like to do for Mother Earth.
- When they are ready, just shoot a video of not more than one minute.
- Upload the video in the comment section below mentioning the FULL NAME and AGE of your child.
- And you’re done!!
Rules for the contest:
- The entries will be judged in 2 categories:
- Juniors: 4 - 9 years
- Seniors: 10 - 16 years
- Only one video entry per child
- Videos should not exceed 1-minute time limit.
- Send original entries only that have not been used anywhere.
- Video content to be in English.
- Participants are responsible for the content they post.
- The contest entries will become the sole property of ParentCircle. The content may be used for publication in the company’s online and print media.
- The decision of the judges stands final.

My 15 year old son Bhasker Suraj loves to join me for beach cleanups in Qatar since 2018. In 2018, he used to only pick up small bottles and bottle caps but now he loves to put in lots more effort and drags the big fishing nets, etc as shown in the video :). I think, all kids should be be made environmentally aware and they should participate in lots of environmental related activities and do what they can to create a better world for future generations.
