    ¾ cup
    Granulated sugar
    1 cup
    Unsweetened cocoa¾ cup
    Brown sugar
    ½ cup
    Baking powder½ teaspoon
    Salt¼ teaspoon
    Bittersweet chocolate chunks1 cup
    Milk1/3 cup
    Melted butter6 tablespoons
    Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
    Large eggs (lightly beaten)
    Chopped walnuts½ cup


    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
    2. Combine flour, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder, salt in a large bowl.
    3. Microwave at high for at least 1 minute, stirring after every 30 seconds.
    4. Stir in butter, vanilla, and eggs.
    5. Add the milk mixture, chocolate, and nuts to the flour mixture and combine.
    6. Pour the batter into a baking pan with cooking spray, sprinkle with nuts.
    7. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and check to see if it has cooked by inserting a wooden pick in the center. The pick should come out with moist crumbs clinging.
    8. Cool the mixture and cut it into pieces.

    1. Heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix the sugar (both granulated and brown), butter, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt (dough must be stiff).
    2. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto the ungreased cookie sheet.
    3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the mixture turns light brown. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.

    Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding

    150 grams
    75 grams
    Whipping cream
    425 ml
    Castor sugar
    110 grams

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread 5-6 slices of bread with chocolate hazelnut spread and slice into 2 triangles.
    2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk, and cocoa together. Pour over the bread slices and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
    3. In a larger bowl boil water. Place the bowl containing the mixed ingredients into the boiling water, such that the water is halfway up to the outside of your bowl.
    4. Bake for an hour till the custard sets.
