  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder, salt in a large bowl.
  3. Microwave at high for at least 1 minute, stirring after every 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in butter, vanilla, and eggs.
  5. Add the milk mixture, chocolate, and nuts to the flour mixture and combine.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking pan with cooking spray, sprinkle with nuts.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk, and cocoa together. Pour over the bread slices and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  3. In a larger bowl boil water. Place the bowl containing the mixed ingredients into the boiling water, such that the water is halfway up to the outside of your bowl.
  4. Bake for an hour till the custard sets.
