People who eat quickly are likely to feel hungry an hour later. But people who eat slowly feel satiated. So spend at least 20 to 30 minutes for each meal to reap the benefits.

So to get you started on eating slowly, how about a challenge? Spend at least 20 to 30 minutes for each meal and practice eating slowly for 30 days. Take a picture of yourself before you start the challenge and take a picture after completing the 30-day challenge. You will be amazed to see the transformation. So are you up for the challenge?
