#Day1 of our Nutrition Week! Lets bust some myths around fats! "All fat is bad" is a misconception. A diet that contains healthy fats like MUFA and PUFA can help absorb nutrients and reduce the risk of diseases. Food sources of MUFA include nuts, seeds, avocado, olive and peanut oil. Food sources of PUFA include fish, flaxseeds, walnuts and sunflower oil.
