We know how stressful and embarrassing it is. And what about all the extra bedlinen to be changed and washed frequently?
Tiring, isn’t it? Worse still, it feels like it’s happening only to your child. But knowing more about what causes bedwetting and its remedies could take away some of the stress and soften those intense emotions around it. Then you’ll feel more confident to deal with it.
One more thing. Did you know that caffeine is often the culprit? Curious? There’s loads of good information and handy tips here
