Mindfulness is an art of being more aware of our thoughts, feelings & emotions.
We all experience ups & downs of our lives and sometimes it's difficult to express these feelings in words.
So, here is an attempt to use Art as medium to pour all these difficult feelings on canvas so as to bring them to colors & accept, acknowledge them.
Through this practice of Mindfulness Expressive Art join us in our endeavour to create a community that supports each other and also create your own safe space for expression.
