Millets are a great option for parties. You can make varieties of party pleasing dishes with healthy millets. You can munch on snacks made with them.
Today I am sharing one party pleasing recipe which will surely take your tastebuds to the next level.
Healthy Multigrain Lavash Samosa Chaat Wrap
Method:
• Mix multigrain flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Add water and prepare the dough. Let it rest for some time.
• In the meantime, cut potatoes into pieces and fry them. Sprinkle some salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and fry until golden brown.
•Take out in a bowl and roughly mash the potatoes to make them slightly smaller in size.
• Now, roll the multi grain dough into a circular lavash. Heat a non stick pan and cook on both sides for a few minutes until done. Don't overcook otherwise it will become crispy.
• Then take a lavash and start filling it. First spread the green chutney in one side of the lavash, followed by the potato filling and channa.
• Arrange the onion, pomegranate, tamarind chutney, channa and coriander leaves one after the other.
• Sprinkle chaat masala and slowly start rolling from the green chutney end. Secure it tightly and cut into desired pieces.
• Prepare the curd mixture by mixing black pepper, salt and chaat masala.
• Place the cut pieces of lavash samosa into the serving plate. Pour the curd mixture over it.
• Garnish with pomegranate, coriander leaves, onion and bhujia sev.
