This really looks mouth-watering. Reminiscing my trip to Banaras in 1999 as a 10-year-old. Near the Ghat there was this panipuri and chaat vendor, and till date that taste lingers in my mouth. It is a city with an old-worldly charm, simplicity and yet so vibrant.

Looks delicious ! Love Banaras ! I was about to start third std, when I visited Banaras as a kid. I feel fortunate to have visited Ganga ghat and the temples. It was a memorable trip like none other. The people, the traffic, the food, the ceremonies conducted near the banks and all that the city has to offer that I absorbed as a child are etched in my mind. Please share the recipes for this chat and all the other chats Banaras is famous for if possible.
