#Day3 of our Nutrition Week! Drinking fruit juice is less healthy than eating the fruit whole. The pulp and skin of the fruit are high in dietary fibre which keeps you satiated. Fruit juices can spike the blood sugar levels, whereas a whole fruit does not spike the blood sugar levels.
