Learning should be simple and it has to be enjoyable for the kid's. Always, they should ask for more or continue the conversation. Mother is the First Teacher to a kid. She can easily identify the kid's interests and taste.... when my son started to crawl and grab thing's around his vicinity,I used to spread different coloured stacked rings and merry go round toy....It helped him to learn colours, sound ,eye co ordination and concentration.....
I used to take him to Pre kg not in two wheeler ( though I had) but by walking.... it helped myself to interact more with him and also he used to interact with neighbours , vegetable vendors and helpers working in other quarters...There he developed interaction skill which helped him in school...I personally feel these type of interaction helped him to perform well in school functions without any stage fear. Communication and friendly relationship with his classmates was so good...
He was so fond of vegetable push cart fully stacked with coloured veggies.... I used to ask him to take veggies by name and numbers..there he learnt colours, name of the veggies and numbers. He loved to separate the veggies and drop in the bags... This helped him to arrange his book bag later.
These simple learning with the available resources around us ,is more than enough for a kid's basic learning...This basic foundation for a kid is the one which helps them throughout life ...

Bachhe kachhi mitti ki tarah bhut komal hote h ,jis tarah kachhi mitti ko hum kisi bhi shape me change kr sakte h ,usi tarah bachho ko bhi hum sahi way or shape de sakte h..But it's not difficult ,it's very responsible job for our parents. As a mom I use 3 main ways to learning nd developing something new in my son. 1- Teaching through role - Playing is a great way to make my kid step out of his comfort zone nd develop his interpersonal skills. 2- Puzzles & Games help my son to think creatively &face challenges. 3- Learning sessions become more interesting when I introduce it as a story.

Role play brings in the element of entertainment into the classroom. As much as it is loved by students, this technique facilitates their understanding and appreciation of the characters that they read about. From pre-schools to Senior Secondary level, schools are implementing this method as its a great source to instill in children values and ideals as they play the roles of historical stalwarts like Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Nehru, Nelson Mandela, and Martin Luther King, or legendary characters like Caesar, Mark Anthony, and Charlie Chaplin, to name a few. Students are encouraged to have their own version of the characters they are portraying, and enact them with the context of the present times. Through role play, students also get to learn about various aspects of stage performance from acting to voice projection and discover their acting talent. This technique also helps teachers explore creativity and critical thinking in students. Role play is an impactful method to enhance learning that also lends learners opportunity to live the experience through empathy and internalising values.

My son is 4 and have started learning new words at school. As per curriculam they are taught vowel words i.e. a, e, i, o, u words. So to make his learning fun filled and to make him create more words on his own, i made this "Word Building Wheel" where he has to take 1 letter from outside circle then the vowel in inside circle and then another letter from outside circle and make a meaningful word. He enjoyed it so much and learnt many new words while playing.

My little one is ambitious and likes creative thinking games and puzzles. I make her learn and try new things by herself regularly. She loves playing Jenga block game that helps build concentration and motor skills. Only once I taught her to make numbers with it & now she does alphabets and small words with them. Thanks to Parent circle blog articles and helpful tips in raising kids and other concepts

Flash Cards are the easiest way to make my child learn faster. I make flash cards either by drawing simple pictures, print from internet or cut pictures from magazines and newspaper. Then I stick it on a hard cardboard or any packing box. I cut it in the shape of square or rectangle. Flash card helps my child to memorize better and improves her attention also. Even big children can jot down important points, dates of history, formulas of algebra or chemistry on flash cards and stick it on something which they can have a look frequently without opening text books. It helps to memorize.

My lil one is now 5 years of age and ever since he was 2 learning experience with him has been total fun and innovative. I adapt methods that he loves, is interested or is fun to learn with. Here are some methods I have adopted: 1) Toys : Most of my kid's toys have been educational kits or DIY toys. I as a parent assist him in constructing these projects and in bargain explain or help him development. 2) Electronic Gadgets/PC: If in a controlled environment and given the freedom kids do learn from modern technology as they can interact with them and it's fun. If my son wants information or has a question he seeks help from Google (I rarely answer his questions even though I can cause I want him to seek and find answers himself) part of the educating process. He uses the phone to play riddles, efucative games that enhances his knowledge. He uses Paint to help his artistic skills 3) Reading/Dictionary: Reading has helped my son in the long run. As a baby I used to just give him books to play with. Pictorial, pop up Books, large print books. I used to read aloud to him and he used to pick up words for his vocalbury. Now at the age of 5 he can fluently read. Another practice I put in is I have gifted him a children dictionary so if he wants to spell a word he looks it up and put pats the spelling learning it on his own. 4) TV/Educative videos: instead of watching Oggy or Motu Patly my son prefers watching arts, craft and discovery programs where he learns and imitates. Art Maker is his favourite program. Yes he is a kid so he wants to watch cartoons so I exposed him to Mickey Mouse or Peppa Pig which teaches children some moral. I also play efucative videos of nursery rhymes, foreign languages etc. 5) Games: Games are interactive ways of learning with me n my son...we have hide n seek with a twist we say the alphabets. Or we play I SPY and I ask him to spot an object starting with A. He learns color, shapes etc. Cooking is my son passion so I use that as a learning medium. Like I would ask him to break 2 eggs so he counts. Or I would ask him to add two slices of tomato and then there more to a sandwich n count total etc so he comes up with 5 etc. All in all you can take your child passion or interest and change it into a medium to educate your child.

A Good education gives you a better lime and understanding about the life. Here are some innovative methods I used for my son Aarav Gupta to get him learn by fun ... *Theory vs Practical Learning - it is very important to utilize the knowledge practically; otherwise there is no point to gain theoretical knowledge. So to have perfect learning experience one should gain both practical and theoretical knowledge. *Play Way Method - Play-way method of learning is a complete package that enables overall development of the child by developing in terms of feelings, intellect and skills parameters. *Creative Thinking- Creative development is important to a child's learning because it helps them to use their mind and imagination and express their own ideas, and through playing with their friends it also helps them to understand that all family's and cultures can be different. *Art &Craft - It helps kids in following manners: Enables brain development. Children make millions of new brain connections (called 'synapses') in early childhood as they make sense of the world. ... Creates a shared learning experience. ... Helps children express themselves. ... Unlocks problem-solving skills. ... Builds confidence. ...

1) Play learning games : I learn her every subject by playing. From this activity my daughter learn every subject easily.
2) Reading: Reading is very important for every child. From this my daughter can recognise sounds and letters. This activity prepares her for spelling and reading.
Writing: Writing is a skill that she will use it her entire life. I teach her how to hold a pencil. I give her a alphabet book so that she can practice how to write and her shape will be good.
4) Identity the colour: This activity is very easy. I give her small sweet tablets so that she can recognize the colors and learn how to count. From this she can recognise shape also.
Beside it I develop my daughter language. When she talks to me I listen her carefully. When she completed her talk i tell her about mistake politely. From this she knows about pronunciation and vocabulary.
Beside it there are many other activities I teach my daughter like dance, music, drawing, teach Maths, use of computer etc.
If we will adopt these activities we can find that it is easy to become to raise an intelligent chid. On the other hand i am paying attention these activities so that i can increase the level of my daughter. I am giving attention of her every activity. If she did any mistake I can understand her easily. I also paying attention on her diet and curricular activities. I don't want to become her a bookworm. I want to take her every activity.

At the age of 3-4 years kids mind grows very fast. And if make them learn with some innovative ideas they learn very fast and what they learn that way is in their mind forever. I would love to share my own experience. I put my 3 years old son to school. Even After a year he was not being able to grasp the basic alphabets or numbers. teacher called me and said," we are doing our part. You also do innovative things with him to make him learn as he is not catching the every basic things. I was scared. I sat and think how and what to do. I went to the market and got some Learning with Fun games. I started with block building game on which numbers and alphabets were written and start with making something with him. He said," mumma is par kuccj likhs hi, jo mam school mein teach karti hi. He tried but couldn't recollect. Than I started this practise with him everyday. it took a while but slowly he started recongnizing numbers and alphabets. With in a month he was being able to remember most of the alphabets and numbers. I got the conclusion that if we try to push kids to learn something the impact will be negative but if we do it with some innovative fun methods results are happy.

I encourage my daughter to actively participate in the skits and special assembly presentation, in her school, to make her more vocal, with no stage fear. She had social fear and was a shy kid when she was in preprimary school. Now with my constant invocation and making her participate in talks, skits, speeches etc in school and also in our society events, I had tried to eradicate the fear factor from her mind. She is enjoying it now and has become better in dramatics field

I teach my child to identify letters and alphabets in a natural surrounding i instill in her a habit of enjoying reading. Technically known as Environment Print, this phenomenon involves teaching the child to acknowledge prints and alphabets in natural settings. This in turn promotes our child to read more often.
I teach maths in a creative way, i take them to supermarket, i make my child gain familiarity with numbers by letting him read out the price on each item. Then, let him compare prices of items and let me know which one costs less.I encourage my child to total up the price while we are shopping. When checking out, I let him hand over the money and count the change. I also get my child to take a look at the bill to make sure the total is correct. By this way he is more interested in maths and calculates all the sums in a minute.
I will Start talking to my child even when he simply gives absurd reactions. This will help him develop language skills. I always listen to my child when he talks. I dnot interrupt in the middle. I Correct him afterwards and that too very politely. Children get hurt even by words very easily and this might turn him to become an introvert individual so, i will be verycareful when intracting with him.
I teach my child to make use of the dictionary as early as possible. Using dictionary will help our child learn new words at an early age, improve vocabulary and have good command over language.i encourage my son to explore and learn whatever he wants through internet. But at the same time i monitor the usage too. This is because children get distracted very easily.
If we keep in mind these points we will find that it is easy to raise an intelligent child. On the other hand we can also increase the level of intellect in our child by paying attention to these points. Also pay attention to their diet and extra curricular activities. I also Keep an eye on all of the activities of my child so that he can understand the field of interest and also watch out whether he is getting sidetracked or not.
