Fine chopped all the vegetables.. ?In curd soak the suji for 10 minutes ?Add haldi nd salt mix well ? Add all vegetables and rest for 5 minutes ?Heat the appe pan.. ? Add little refined and pour with appe better... ?Tap with lid..And cooked in low flame for 5 minute ?Turn appe another side and cook 2 minute. ?Now arrange in plate with soace or green chatouny ? Easy palak khichdi recipe | palak dal khichdi | how to make palak khichdi For pressure cooking: 1 cup rice washed 1cup moong dal washed 1/4tsp turmeric / haldi 3 cup water for khichdi: 1 tbsp ghee / clarified butter 1 tsp cumin / jeera 2 pods cardamom 1 inch cinnamon 1 bay leaf / tej patta 1 dried red chilli 1 onion finely chopped 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 green chilli slit handful palak / spinach leaves 1 cup water 1 tsp salt Instructions: firstly in a kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee and saute 1 tsp cumin, 2 pods cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 bay leaf and 1 dried red chilli. also saute 1 onion, till they turn slightly golden. additionally, saute 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 green chilli. add palak puree and cook for 5 minutes or till palak changes colour. further, add pressure cooked rice and moong dal. also, add 1 cup water and 1 tsp salt. simmer and boil for 5 minutes or till khichdi absorbs palak flavour. finally, serve palak khichdi hot topped with more ghee if required. Note : if u want u can put one finely chopped tomato.

Instructions:

firstly in a kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee and saute 1 tsp cumin, 2 pods cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 bay leaf and 1 dried red chilli.

also saute 1 onion, till they turn slightly golden.
additionally, saute 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 green chilli.

add palak puree and cook for 5 minutes or till palak changes colour.

further, add pressure cooked rice and moong dal.
also, add 1 cup water and 1 tsp salt.

I made a healthy carrot dryfruit cake for my kids Ingredients : Carrots - 2 (crush them) Eggs - 4 Wheatflour - 1cup Oats - 1/2 cup ( fry and powdered) Vanilla essence - 4 drops Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar powder - 1cup Vegetable oil - 1cup Dryfruits (mixed) - 1/2 cup (chop into small pieces) Ghee - 1tsp Procedure:: 1)First Heat pan add ghee and crushed carrot..fry it for ten minutes. . 2)Take eggs and flour, baking powder,sugar powder,vanilla essences. . 3)Blend the above items .. 4)Now add carrot mixture to the above blended batter.. 5)Now add dryfruits. . 6)Again mix it well .. 7)Bake it at a proper temperature in the oven. . 8)So the quick and healthy cake "Carrot dryfruit cake "...Ready.. Here we are using wheat flour ,so it's very healthy than Maida.. Kids directly not like to eat carrot and dryfruits. .so in this way they'll eat the carrot in a tasty way.. My motto is Serving A healthy meal in a happiest way..So at the same time I'm giving to them tasty and healthy meal..

My Ultimate & Most Healthy snack for kids is Oats Cutlet. Ingredients: Oats 1cup Onions 1 cup (finely chopped) Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 4 Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp Paneer-150 gms Salt to taste Bread crumbs 1/2 cup Cornflour (for paste,mixing with water) Green Chillies (finely chopped) if required Olive Oil Coriander leaves (finally chopped) Method Dry roast the oats and keep it aside.In a separate bowl Add mashed potatoes,and grated Paneer and chopped onion now add the red chilli powder, Chaat masala, cumin powder, garam masala and coriander powder,salt and the chopped fresh coriander and mix well.Then add roasted oats and mix well. Divide to 11 or 12 equal parts and make it as round flat or oval shaped or heart shaped cutlets. Coat both sides with cornflour paste quickly then coat each cutlet with bread crumbs/Rusk crumbs. Heat a pan and sprinkle little olive oil and place the cutlets.When the bottom side turns golden brown, turn the other side. Remove when the other side also turns golden brown, Serve hot with tomato ketchup/green chutney. Note You can add vegetables like boiled peas/chopped capsicum/grated carrot.

My recipe is Oats and potato emoji Ingredients- 1/3 cup oats 1/4 cup bread crumb 2 boiled potatoes 2 teaspoon corn starch Black pepper powder according to taste Salt to taste Olive oil for frying Oats and Potato Emoji Methods Heat a pan and roast oats until it turns light brown in colour. Now grind them to make powder. Now take potatoes and mash it in a bowl and mix all the ingredients together except the oil. Now put the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Now roll the mixture with the help of the rolling pin and cut circles with the help of cookie cutter and give shapes like emojis. Now heat oil and fry them till they become light brown. ?

I remember my kids always preferred turtle dosa and elephant dosas to plain old circle dosas. What a good idea to shape cutlets into fun shapes kids will love.! Making nutrition fun!
