Wash your hands before handling your baby. Newborns don't have a strong immune system yet, Make sure that everyone who handles your baby has clean hands. newborn baby needs to be fed every 2 to 3 hours. If you're breastfeeding, give your baby the chance to nurse about 1015 minutes at each breast. If you're formula-feeding, your baby will most likely take about 23 ounces at each feeding, start by prepping for the next feeding as soon as the previous one is over. For example, after an 10 p.m. feeding, get ready for the 1 a.m. one by prepping whatever you need for feeding and putting out fresh drinking water for yourself so you dont have anything to think about in the middle of the night, When your baby cries, you can comfort her by patting her back in a heartbeat-like rhythm... it helps her/him relax if she/he crying from insecurity,Make sure your baby has spending time alone with dad, his touch and feeling are different than yours, A bath two or three times a week in the winter and daily bath in summer is good for all age baby,Remember that your newborn is not ready for rough play be careful, Diaper rash is a common concern... My personal recommendation is use diaper at least after 5 to 6 month, To prevent or heal diaper rash, try these tips, Gently clean the area with mild soap (don't use wipes if possible) and then apply a very thick layer of a good diaper rash cream, Let the baby go unDiaper for part of the day...it is letting batter for baby.

Eating well can help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, Don't forget breakfast,Eat foods with fiber,Choose healthy snacks.,Take a prenatal vitamin with iron and folic acid every day,Eat up to 12 ounces a week (2 average meals) of fish or shellfish,Stay away from soft cheeses and lunch meat, Limit caffeine and avoid alcohol, Stay hydrated. A pregnant woman's body needs more water than normal,Brisk walking,If pre-pregnancy exercise levels were low, a quick stroll around the neighborhood is a good way to start, Exercise is important, but it should be low-impact, and it is important to know when to stop, Swimming, brisk walking, yoga, and stationary cycling are good ways to get fit during pregnancy.
