CONTEST ALERT - DIWALI DIY DECOR | November 2021

Diwali is almost here, and we can’t wait for all the excitement of homemade sweets, gifts, lights, and especially decorations.

There are many pocket-friendly DIY decoration ideas that we all do to make our homes festive ready and to create a welcoming and enticing ambiance - colorful diyas, lovely lanterns, and torans and what not.
Most of the decoration items we use are either available at home or in the local market space. All you need is just a little planning to create those lasting family memories and a beautiful home.
So, get those ideas flowing and share with us an innovative DIY Diwali Décor Idea.

This Diwali I(Pranjal Jain) have themed up the decor with Ram Mandir. The diy ram mandir model, diy paper flowers of various different forms, the torans to decor up the room and matkis. The flowers to deck up the diya samai. Everything is original and handmade with love for the festival of lights. It took loads of dedication to build up the exact replica of Ram Mandir this Diwali. And am happy that it has met my self-expectations.

This Diwali, i teamed up with my daughter to spread awareness among kids about the ways we can help DIYA GHAR kids..we setup a little shoppe of handmade diwali decors like wooden frame, table tops for diya holders, fridge magnets and much more that could not fit in one collage...here's to what matters the most...may the light within each one of us shine brighter :)

My daughter who lives in Canada,has hand painted clay diyas to decorate her home during Diwali. They looked beautiful, glowing , bringing joy and brightness on the festival day, also giving immense satisfaction & pleasure, as they were done all by herself.

My entry for contest DIY DIWALI DECOR
Painting clay diyas. Rangoli has it's own significance on the day of deepawali here Peacocok rangoli. Paper Craft: Honeycomb Ball, Stars, Flowers, Butterfly, Toran.
Decorating Fort DIY Train Tunnel 
I built it from using newspapaer rolls sticking together and color it then sprinkle
brown rangoli over it.

Hospital generates tonnes of waste.. being a dentist and knowing the fact ,it made me think to make this diwali lighter on mother earth by Re-using the ppe kits after thorough STERIZATION into beautiful diwali light balls.. zero investment.. Diwali decorations by reducing waste..
