Gurubrahma guruvishnu: gurudevo maheshwara:|Guru sakshat parabrahma Tasmay shri gurave namaha: || Teacher or a guru is a mentor. Many teachers come and go in our lives. We meet many teachers in our educational journey. But some teachers leave there mark in our lives. They change our lives completely. Student life is golden life. I cannot forget my school days. There are many happy and unforgettable moments in my school life. A person in any phase of his life always remembers his school life , even after growing old. We can never forget it. We spend our whole life remembering sweet memories of our school life. One such teacher whom I met was my Kannada teacher Mr. Shankar Bhatt sir. He was a man with immense knowledge, active, dynamic, influential and impressive. I learnt so much from him. He had vast knowledge. His class was so interesting. He used to give so many examples, tell short stories and make the class interesting. For me maths was a tough subject and I used to struggle a lot in maths.Though a Kannada teacher Mr. Shankar Bhatt sir seeing my struggle in maths offered to teach me maths. At first I hesitated first being maths a tough subject and to learn maths from a Kannada teacher. But in the first class itself he taught me maths and its formulas in such a way that it felt so easy and maths became my favourite subject. I improved so much in maths that I scored 94 out of 100 in my 10 standard final exams. Hatsoff to u sir Will never forget you!

Hi Everyone...Happy Teachers day. My this write up is dedicated to all the person who came and will come in journey of my life.As for me all of them are make me understand and learn so many things in my life. The first ever teacher of our life is our mother who help us to learn life into the womb. Our parents ,Grand parents, our surrounding and family is the first who thought us feelings, emotions, happiness and so may things which is the basic of our life. Teachers are the person who make us familiar to the outer world and teach us how to deal in different situations.I think every teacher and every person of my life is equally important for me. Once one of my teacher said that " never explain yourself" as if we right there is no need of explanation and if wrong then have no right of explanation. just be your self and never neglect your wish and desire if you negelect urself for other then other do same. So be polite, kind and humble but take stand for yourself first then other and seriously I am following this advice from then to now and will forever in my life. Thank you maam .....happy teachers day.
Belief for himAs a teacher, you have been assigned responsibility of taking care of children. Children, who are handed over to you, with a lot of trust because you are a second mother to them. You are building the future; you create what will create the world. I was excited to be part of this wonderful mission with a vision to be a friend, philosopher and guide to the children. As I entered my class, the first set of beautiful souls were sitting on benches and staring at me with a smile. I was nervous and excited too. I was getting into a new routine and meeting new friends. I discovered that each child was completely different. One of those new friends was a boy who was a little different than others, physically and socially. He was a boy with Downs Syndrome. He was special and special because he was always smiling. He goes to recess with me as he sometimes is bullied by other children and not able to understand the rules.I notice the holes in every shirt he has as he anxiously chews the collar. I notice the innocence on his face when I teach and he struggles to understand what I am teaching. I notice him when he tries to ask something from me. I notice him getting stuck in the work assigned to him. I notice him when he stands near the playground waiting to play. I also notice the kids making fun of him. I then realize that he doesnt understand the kids mocking at him, all he sees the laughter on their face and he smiles back. These epiphanies dont hit me at all at once, but they are coming just the same.I saw a classmate holding his hands, my eyes filled with tears and my heart filled with joy. He made his first friend. After this day, I am sure the friend list would increase. For today, I am just going to hold an and cherish the image of he and his friend holding hands, blissfully unaware of the differences. All I have is a strong belief that soon this boy would have many friends to cherish.Shilpa Sachdeva
There are two things my beloved teacher Monica Mendes taught me in school :1. Never be Afraid to Make Mistakes. She said mistakes will teach me that it is common to keep making mistakes as they are the best ways to learn. Its only human to make mistakes and they contribute considerably towards ones overall personal development. Making mistakes will teach me to be humble, help me discover who I am and live a life without regrets. Mistakes, in the end, will provide excellent learning opportunities.2. "In the End, You Control Your Own Life" This may have been irrelevant during my very young years, but once I truly came of age, I realized that what my teacher told me about choice and having control of my own destiny was true. A good teacher will always tell us that it is up to us to make a difference and that by our own choice and free will, can we truly choose the path or destiny we wish to pursue.Today after following her advice, I am now very successful tmy career and personal life
Happy Teachers Day! Thank you life for teaching the greatest life lessons at early young age. Every teacher I met has a unique characteristic that has been imprinted in the heart. I, with their blessings successfully served as Lecturer in few colleges. I am indebted to the learnings that they provide at each stage. The turning point or difference that I found was in my twenties where I experienced different outlook of living in foreign country. I observed that they are truely focused in designing their own lives without much interferences in others life. My perception on living my life changed. On the way back to India, I met extraordinary personality in my life. She is my mentor, guide, philosopher, down to earth personality. Her name is Rupal. She is elder than me. I learnt pratical way of living from her. Her kindness, happiness, focus, creativity, confidence, zeal, never give up attitude touches my soul and heart. I try to be like her but her uniqueness can't be copied. She taught me pratical life lessons which I will carry forward in creating my best version of life.
@Muthamizh A very different and inspiring article of yours. Sometimes life has such unexpected turning points and you are bound to be a changed person after that. Hope Rupal has inspired to quite enough and one day you will be an inspiration to many?!!
