    Hi

    Arun Go Feb 23 2020

Exams are stressful both for kids and parents which ideally shouldn't be.. we try to keep environment light at home ensuring exam and studies isn't the only thing we are talking about.. I ensure that my daughter plays outdoor everyday as not only it relieves stress, it ensures fit body and mind.. I play badminton and TT with my daughter.. we also do some fun puzzles, colouring and musical activity which gives a nice break and happy environment in the house..

Exams come with stress.Parents are equally stressed. The best thing I used to do for my son ,was meditation for 10mints. Later I used to engage him with talks and crack silly jokes with him to make the moments lighter. This way we both used to feel fresh and he could then start his studies joyfully.

Day 2. Bachaparty are given opportunity to express themselves one by one on how their pre-preparation for their exams going on? For that they have prepared Time-Table with date, day, subject, topics wish to complete, topics completed, level of satisfaction.
Day 3. Practical Activities related to focus, conscious and time-management for their subjects. For instance, When they read, at what time they complete reading, how much conscious are they to pick the keywords, how are they focus on their learning.
Day 4. Mediation- whenever they start a subject, they breathe in-breathe out and relax. Same in between learning time and break time.

Regular studies along with breaks are definitely needed during exam studies. My child takes breaks every few hours and gets out to get fresh air along with a dose of his favourite music playing on . It diverts the focus and relaxes the mind . It should be a short break which just gives enough relaxation before he can get back to books.
