    Veggie Salad
    A simple quick, tasty and healthy recipe my kid loves to have. ...
    1)Onion - 1
    2) Capsicum-1
    3)Tomato - 1
    4)Carrot - 1(grated)
    5) Cucumber - 1
    6) Corriander leaves- chopped finely
    7)Salt - to taste(rock salt can also be used)
    8) Pepper Powder - 1/2 or 1 teaspoon
    9) lemon - half (optional)
    Cut the Onion, Capsicum (deseed),tomato(deseed) and Cucumber into finger sized thin pieces.
    In a Kadai add 1/2 teaspoon of butter and add onion let it fry well.
    Once the Onion turns transparent add Capsicum toss for 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and toss again for another 2 minutes in low flame.
    Add grated carrot and toss for a minute.
    Add Cucumber and toss for a minute.
    Add Salt and pepper(grounded) according to your taste and give a quick toss.Switch off the flame.
    Garnish with Corriander.
    Squeeze few drops of lemon(optional)
    Healthy n tasty quick snack is ready for your kid.
