    Have you ever thought of making gratitude an everyday or frequent habit? It is believed that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. Practicing gratitude can be beneficial to us in plenty of ways and some of them being, making us more mindful of the little things in life that we can be thankful for, increased happiness and positive emotions, expressing more compassion and kindness, improves physical and mental health and more.

    I write diary every day. I write everything good or bad. It gives me a feeling of satisfaction. After reading this post I have started writing about 3 things about which I am grateful. And I felt that it gives me peace and happiness. Thanks a lot team for sharing this awesome idea with us.

    Gratitude The power of thankfulness. Its an invisible gift given from GOD. Its the power that can be unlocked when the feeling is expressed by pure heart from pure soul. Expressing this feeling is like opening the gift and giving it daily to add more power in our karmic balance sheet. Human wants are unlimited and can never be satisfied. By practicing gratefulness and contentment one can reach to happiness level with extreme amount of hope and patience. For me, building positive personality, I practice daily gratitude and be the role model for my little champ. This spreads positivity and calmness in the stressful and routine environment. I am alive is the greatest gift and blessing from GOD to lead a healthy day. Likewise, we practice it in every small moments.
