Ways For Dad To Bond With His Baby

ParentCircle

Becoming a father is a special feeling. Even celebrity dad, Akshay Kumar took to twitter and expressed his happiness on holding his baby daughter for the first time. He said, “There is no greater feeling in life than holding your baby for the first time. I wish I could express more about how happy I am right now, but I’m at a loss for words.” With career also to be taken care of, it becomes important for fathers to strike the right work-life balance and bond with their babies.

According to Babycenter.co.uk, “Most research suggests that keeping close during those early months will encourage a good relationship with your child as she gets older. Even talking to your partner’s bump before your little one arrives will be time well spent, as your new-born is supposed to be able to recognise your voice.” So, ensure that you spend quality time with your little one.

As your little one grows, you can also read books and play with your child, like Ajay Devgn. In an article published in the Times of India, Ajay was quoted saying, “I have started eating my dinner at 9:00 p.m. after which, I read for an hour to Nysa. She just loves reading.”
