We fail to realise that these minor ailments are precursors to more serious and long-term problems. Although we know that taking too much medication can cause side effects, we still rely on them to fix our health-related problems, instead of finding permanent solutions. But, as the saying goes, ‘Prevention is better than cure’. So, let us understand that with a regimen of balanced diet, regular exercise, plenty of water, and a good social and family life. we can remain healthy.
