8 Famous Authors Who Also Wrote For Children

ParentCircle

Writing is an art and not everybody can write. And, even among writers, there are only a few who can write for children.

While it is easy to write for an adult audience, it is very difficult to write for children as, not only does the author need to use simple language but also express his thought in ways a child would understand. The author also has to ensure that the plot of the story is simple yet interesting and fun. And, above all, while reading the story, the children should feel that they are a part of the goings-on.

Even though writing for children is filled with so many challenges, children's literature is still not considered serious business.

Our ClipBook introduces you to eight famous authors who have also written for children. Flip through the pages to know who they are.
