5 Goddesses We Worship As Mothers


'Maa,' 'Matrika' or 'Devi' - these are just some of the terms we use to refer to goddesses in the Hindu religion. We pray to these deities for the welfare of our family and of our children. 

They are the divine mothers who bless us with health and give us courage in times of need. They are also the symbols of 'shakti' or power and stand against all that is evil.
