@Roopa M Hi Roopa, I have thyroid and because of which I was scared to even conceive. However, I started doing Yoga, especially for treating thyroid and also ate food low on salt. I now have a 10 month old and it was quit a smooth pregnancy. Thank you so much for bringing up this topic. :)Reply

@Simi Ramesh In the north we hardly use curry eaves in our food. Bay leaf or Tej Patta is used often, and even coriander or mint. But over the last 2-3 years I too have started using Kadi Patta or Curry Leaves extensively in my cooking. I think the effect of my stay in Bangalore :)Reply
