Hello ladies I am a busy mom with 2 little kids and life seems crazy hectic. I never spent time to taking care of my health and nutrition.After a break of 2 years,I did a simple workout and sprained my leg, which took almost a year to heal.I was told it might be due to lack of proper exercise or vitamin deficiency.I felt very demotivated since i was too focused on my kids and forgot my nutrition.Now I am scared about getting hurt again but want to start working towards my fitness and health.Any suggestions?

Yes, we don't want to become a future burden for our family...I do try my best but at demanding times it gets so hectic that I fall into the so called viscious circle of ignoring my needs..Will definitely try my best to strike a balance !
