      Focusing on kids and forgetting personal nutrition is a common blunder of dutiful moms !! But, if we do not take balanced diet with adequate workouts, then we might become a burden for our kids in future. The real love for family is to take care of all, including thyself... First love yourself & take care of your health.. Wishing you a happy and healthy motherhood :)

Yes, we don't want to become a future burden for our family...I do try my best but at demanding times it gets so hectic that I fall into the so called viscious circle of ignoring my needs..Will definitely try my best to strike a balance !
