    #Day7 of Nutrition Week! Most food allergies start in childhood. But some adults develop an allergy to a food that they have eaten before. It is tough to outgrow an allergy that starts in adulthood.

    @Team ParentCircle True, I am lactose intolerant only from my early 20s. Since then, I am adopting other alternatives like dairy-free milk and reducing my dairy intake. During my teens and childhood. I had no problem with Lactose.

    #Day7 of Nutrition Week! Studies have shown that about 80 per cent of children with egg, milk, soy and wheat allergies outgrow them by the age of 16. Allergies to nuts and seafood are tougher to outgrow and are often lifelong.
