    #Day2 of our Nutrition Week! Here’s today’s tip! Micronutrients like vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, and zinc can improve immunity and protect against diseases. Some of the food sources include whole grains, chickpeas, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, avocado, fish, shellfish, dairy, meat, almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
