A diet that contains healthy fats like MUFA and PUFA can help absorb nutrients and reduce the risk of diseases. Food sources of MUFA include nuts, seeds, avocado, olive and peanut oil. Food sources of PUFA include fish, flaxseeds, walnuts and sunflower oil.
