Calorie need for childrenHi Priya, my daughter has started attending badminton classes 3 days per week. She is getting very tired after the class and feels quite drained. What kind of nutrition plan would be good for her and what should be calorie intake.

@Anonymous Please make sure she is eating well 45 minutes before the class and also is hydrated during the session. Post class meal should be offered almost immediately. It could be fresh fruit juice for convenience.Reply
