Radha is a student of class six studying in a government school. She lives in our neighbourhood and often comes to me for help with her studies. One day, she comes with her father, holding exam papers in her hands. I can tell by the expression that her father is disheartened. Reason – Radha’s poor marks in her exams. “She has even failed in social science,” says her father, hopelessly.
