Ours is a 'No Stereotype' home: My son Advaith is 11. When he sees his father helping me with household chores, he automatically chips in. By seeing his father help, he understood that household chores need not be done only by his mother. This way, we managed to break the stereotype of gender-specific roles early in our son’s life. There are women who simultaneously manage their career and family. Then, there are those who choose to stay at home. I am a stay-at-home mother by choice.
