When I was a student, theoretical subjects bored me. The subjects I dreaded included history, civics and economics. The countless dates, theories and pages filled with text were overwhelming. So, I started using mind maps to help me study. It not only helped me develop an interest in the subject, but also helped me retain information. Surprisingly, I ended up pursuing a post-graduate degree in economics. Demand, supply, economy, competitive markets – I can talk about them happily even in my sleep!
