Top 10 Play Areas For Kids In Bangalore
Indoor play areas for kids are becoming popular in urban cities. A great place for kids to be their boisterous self, especially on rainy days! Check out our list of the top 10 in Bangalore!

The famous children’s book the Cat in the Hat by Dr Seuss begins with the children sitting by the window staring at the rain and doing nothing – because they can’t play outdoors. And then Cat comes in and creates havoc in the house. Maybe such a situation could have been avoided in today’s time where the kids could have been bundled up to an indoor play area!
Indoor play areas are truly an urban mother’s boon – be it rain or too much sun, a safe place to drop off kids while you do some quick shopping at the mall – these bright, safe and cheerful places are a delight – and of course the kids love it too.
If you are staying in Bangalore, we have you covered. Here’s a guide to the best play areas in Bangalore to take your child:
1. Kydzadda Masti Unlimited
Kydzadda is a jungle-themed play gym for toddlers and above. It also has a café, library and free wi-fi which makes it a good co-working space for those busy working mommies and daddies. They have a good menu of short eats of children’s favourites such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, juices and shakes. Don’t expect gourmet meals – just fast food served in a clean environment. The washrooms are spotless, the staff is friendly and they have a separate floor to host birthday parties. Look out for the peep through lion through which your kid would love to wave at you. They have two branches – one in Banashankari and the other one in Bannerghatta road. They also host summer holiday workshops and other activities.
“I’m all for public parks and playing in the outdoors. But indoor play areas have great appeal – the environment is more controlled, it’s cleaner, you can hire a watcher if you have to finish up on some work, you can get a cup of coffee, meet a friend while the kids play, host a birthday party, take the kids to burn some energy on rainy days – it’s really a great option,” says Geetha Amarnath who visits KidzAdda in Banashankari frequently with her son Shamith.

Nothing can beat the pleasure of playing out in the open, however, due to certain circumstances and weather conditions, it may not be possible every time your child wants to play. Then these play areas come as the next best options. While selecting a play area for your little munchkin, always check for cleanliness, safety and the cordial nature of the staff. Happy Parenting!
