Yoghurt: Not only a rich source of protein, yoghurt is also a good source of probiotics – good bacteria that lives in the gut and stimulates immunity to fight bad bacteria. Make it delicious: There’s nothing more exciting for a young child than the sight of fruit lassi. Go for it. Also, cucumber and tomato raita are great ways to include yoghurt in your child’s diet.
